I ordered from Automotive Stuff it wasn’t no hassle at all. The tracking updates were easy to follow, and I got emails once it shipped so I could see where the package was the whole way. It showed up right when they said it would, and everything looked good. Can’t say I didn’t have a smooth order

I accidentally ordered the wrong part from Automotive Stuff i was already dreading having to deal with another customer service situation. I’ve had enough of the usual back-and-forth, long waits, and confusing instructions from other places.

Thankfully, this was painless. I sent them the info, they got back to me quickly, and they clearly told me what to do without making it a whole project.

The correct part showed up after that, fit just fine, and I didn’t have to chase anyone down. Really appreciated how simple they kept it. 5 stars from me...

I ordered a set of floor mats they were just kind of disappointing. The fit was decent in some spots, like around the pedals and the front passenger side, but other areas didn’t sit quite right. The material also felt cheaper than I expected, almost like the kind of thin rubbery plastic you’d see on budget mats at a discount store. After a couple weeks, the edges started curling up, especially near the doorway, and one of the clips didn’t line up properly, so it never really snapped in the way it should. Shipping was totally fine, no issues there, and the packaging was okay too, but for the price I was expecting something sturdier, cleaner, and more secure. They’re not the worst mats ever, and they do the basic job, but between the curling edges, the weird clip, and the cheap feel, I probably wouldn’t buy them again.

My first impression of the warranty support was that it was decent, but a little slower than I expected. They did eventually help, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as quick as I was hoping for.

Then I had to take pictures and email back and forth to prove I didn’t order the wrong item, which felt like extra homework for no reason. Maybe it was just a warehouse mix-up, but still, if the paper is right then the item should be right too. I’m probably not ordering from them again.

A couple things were already higher than what I’ve seen on other sites I usually use, and that was BEFORE shipping. I actually wanted to order from them, but I couldn’t really justify paying more. The site itself is fine, but if you’re mostly trying to get the best deal, I’d definitely shop around first.

The box showed up with one side kind of dented, which always makes me a little suspicious when companies talk about their “careful packaging” and all that. Luckily, the part inside was totally fine. I do think they could use a bit more padding, but in the end there wasn’t any real problem.

I had to send something back and the return process was easy enough. They handled it quickly, and my refund showed up around a few days later. No real headache...
